Policies
Travel Fee
Non-refundable travel fee may apply and is payable through Venmo. If payment has not been received within one (1) hour of the scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled.
If the notary is unable to complete the notarial act due to the actions or discretion of the notary, the travel fee may be refunded. All refund decisions are at the discretion of the notary.
If the notary is unable to complete the notarial act due to the signer, witness or principal's actions the travel fee is non- refundable.
Rush Fee
If available, the notary may accommodate emergent notary requests. Please be advised a rush fee (starting at $10.00 per appointment) may apply and is non transferrable and non-refundable. Rush fees are at the discretion of the notary.
Late/No-Show Policy
If you arrive 10 minutes or more after the scheduled meeting time, your appointment may be cancelled. In the event that your appointment is cancelled, the travel fee is non- refundable.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the appointment is non- transferrable and may be cancelled. The travel fee is non-refundable.
Real Estate Transaction Fees (Excluding a financial component)
Administering oaths, taking affidavits, proof of a deed and/or acknowledgments in the transfer of real estate.
Cost: $15.00 per transaction + travel fee (starting at $10.00) may apply.
