How to schedule an appointment?

2.Book an appointment and pay the travel fee.

How to prepare for an appointment?

Gather identification, witnesses and prepare documents.  Bring identification, witnesses and unsigned documents to the appointment.

What to expect at an appointment?

You and any witnesses should be present at the scheduled location and time with government issued photo identification.

The notary will review identification, document(s) and notarize the document(s).

If needed, the notary can explain the difference between an acknowledge and jurat.

What are some reasons the notary may decline to notarize my document(s)?

The notary may decline to notarize document(s) if there are any authenticity, ambiguity, or uncertainty as to the identification and/ or documents provided.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The travel fee payment is required to confirm an appointment and is payable via Venmo. 

The notary fee payment is excepted at the time of service and is payable via Venmo or cash.

Customers may choose 1 of the 2 payment options listed below:

1.Pay the total balance (travel fee + notary fee(s) at the time of booking the appointment via Venmo. 

OR

2. Pay the travel fee* at the time of booking via Venmo then pay the notary fee at the time of service via Venmo or cash. *The travel fee will be deducted for the total cost of services if paid at the time of booking an appointment.

Please note the notary does not carry cash.   Invoicing available upon request.

What services should I NOT expect at an appointment?

Currently we do not provide the following services:

We do not provide witnesses.

We do not notarize Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Living Wills, Living Trust.

The notary can't assist or advise the following:

Assist or advise on completing documents.

Advise what type of notarization is needed.
